MAKING MARKS CHECK AND LOG - Used lots of different marks, not just lines. - Found the "writing" style of pen holding to be the best overall. - Bamboo and pencil best for circular lines. Bamboo and ink pen best straighter lines. - smoother/softer lines = calm image jagged/harsher line = frenzy - shading and tone would be more interesting with the introduction of colour. - I found the line work excercise the most fun.
